Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and manage the sales of food processing equipment/capital equipment across India. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the industry and a strong track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales cycle for food processing equipment from lead generation to post-sales support.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share across India.
• Work closely with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer trainings.
• Regularly monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in trade shows, events, and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to align products with market demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in sales of capital or food equipment.
• Strong understanding of Pan-India market dynamics.
• Proven track record of sales achievements in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
