The ProTherm Fryer is an advanced Vegetable Coated machine designed for efficient oil usage, precision control, and safety, suitable for various food processing applications. Its design focuses on reducing oil volume, enhancing product quality, and simplifying operational controls.
Key Features of ProTherm Fryer
Oil Efficiency: Reduces oil volume by up to two-thirds, minimizing the oil required to heat and filter. This feature also reduces free fatty acids (FFAs), preserving oil quality.
Integrated Functionality: Combines conveyor, heat exchanger, and sediment removal into one unit for streamlined operation.
Automated Oil Management: Features an automatic oil level control system that replenishes fresh oil as needed and includes an oil storage tank.
Recipe-Driven System: Offers touch-screen controls to manage fill, drain, and switch valves, ensuring consistent frying parameters.
Accessible Lift Hood and Conveyor Controls: Allows operators to control the hood, submerge conveyor, product conveyor, and heat exchanger from a touch screen.
Complete Thermal System
Precise Temperature Control: Equipped with automatic temperature settings and up to three independently controlled heat zones.
Insulated Safety Design: The hood and tank are insulated to retain heat, reduce energy loss, and ensure operator safety. Also, the fryer is piped for fire suppression (system not included).
Circulation Pump: A stainless steel positive displacement pump circulates oil consistently for uniform heating.
