C.I.P. SYSTEM CLEANING PROCESS

A cleaning cycle comprises the following stages:

  • First Rinse: Removes primary product residue from pipes. Wastewater is discharged.
  • Alkaline Detergent or Soda Cleaning: Reusable solution, recycled to the detergent tank. Optimal concentration is maintained via conductivity meter and membrane pump.
  • Neutralization with Acid Solution: Optional, product-dependent. Process mirrors alkaline cleaning.
  • Final Rinse with Fresh Water: Removes residual chemicals. Clean water is recirculated to the first rinse tank.

Soren’s C.I.P. System offers numerous benefits:

  • Wastewater Reduction: Significant reduction in wastewater volume.
  • Detergent Solution Recycling: Minimizes detergent consumption.
  • Accelerated Cleaning Cycles: Increased production time.
  • Extended Equipment Lifespan: Prolongs the life of process plants.
  • Enhanced Product Shelf Life: Improves product quality and safety.
  • Elimination of Human Error: Reduces the risk of operational mistakes.
